Ok, so it’s been a while since we threw a mixtape at you, let alone a post from yours truly. No excuses – it was laziness. It was summer, it was cocktails and rum, it was parties till the sun comes up. It was a blast. (Shit it is an excuse after all). This mixtape makes it worth the wait. Our hombre ‘The Wizard’ mixes as he knows best. Disco at its finest if you ask me.
I’m lovin it just as we love Big macs and supersized drinks. Click HERE to download it.
For all you other peeps that love Media Fire here’s the link.

Check out the full page ad in yesterday’s FM magazine for a chance to win two tees of your choice. The question to answer is too easy, you ain’t got any excuses!
Hot on the heels of their UK No. 1 single “Bulletproof”, La Roux’s new track is another infectious track with the now trademarked style and vocal line. Her voice is instantly recognizable together with the hair-do reminiscent of an over the top 1950’s Elvis wannabe. A retro looking video for a retro-electro-synth-pop track.
Following the overwhelming success of Guitar Hero, publishers Activision have entrusted FreeStyleGames with the development of the DJ version of their previous musical video game success – ‘DJ Hero’. The game is due out October 27th in the US and will feature a turntable controller, which includes a rotatable turntable and three “stream” buttons, a cross-fader, effects dial, and a ‘Euphoria’ button. Hmm… I guess most budding DJs would love a button like that on their real mixer. For a little trivia moment, Kid Cudi’s video for ‘Make Her Say’ includes a cameo appearance of this controller. The game will include tracks from many different genres – including pop, grunge, soul, R&B, techno, hip hop, and house. A few featured artistes are Gwen Stefani, Kid Cudi, Nirvana, Beastie Boys and Benny Benassi. World famous DJ and producer Paul Oakenfold has already endorsed the game, saying he’s tried it out and loved it.
The latest installment of this music series will be available for Xbox, PS3 and PS2. Looking good…
