Chilly Gonzales, the Canadian born pianist extraordinaire has done it again. A fresh new approach on the art of mixtapes Pianist Envy is strangely brilliant. Half an hour of what all I can think to call call “piano remixes” of songs from Lil Wayne to Daft Punk. Between his piano remake of Waves, holding the record for longest solo performance, which lasted 27 hours, three minutes and 44 seconds, and now this, Gonzales has proved himself to be someone we should all keep an eye on.
